We talk this and much more with Erin Lee, the founder of Mindful Moments, a Singapore based company that brings mindfulness to the world. She's a mindfulness coach and teacher who runs multiple programs across the globe. These include the Big Sit, Take a Pause, MBSR and more.

Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. She is a Certified Stress Management consultant.  Prior to her current life,  Erin worked in the corporate world for 10 years. She understands the modern day challenges beyond face and delivers a knowledge within that context.
